Ganga Dussehra by John Stanmeyer
A Ganga Dussehra festival in the town of Haridwar. Put exceedingly simply, it is a birthday celebration for the Ganges river goddess that all towns on the water celebrate. The streaks of light are from oil lamps sent down the river.
